Ways of Giving An Investment in Comprehensive Cancer Care To provide a higher standard of cancer care, North Arundel Hospital is now conducting a multi-million-dollar capital campaign to fund completion of the project. The total cost to build the Tate Cancer Center is $17 million. The hospital's capital budget and bond financing will provide $10 million. The remaining funds-$7 million-are now sought through philanthropic gifts in The Campaign for the Tate Cancer Center. In recognition of the urgent need for the Cancer Center and the importance of the Campaign, the Betty Jane and Creston G. Tate Foundation has made a leadership gift of $1.5 million. Campaign Goals The Campaign seeks major financial support from members of the hospital and foundation board of directors as well as medical staff and employees.
